Just a quick question. Don’t you need a qualifying time to run the Boston Marathon? :)

Hey Anjeanette: Thanks for stopping by! You’re right, you do need a qualifying time for Boston (3hrs, 40mins for my age group). But as you can see, it will be years until I reach that speed (if even, lol). So I’ve opted to run via a charity team called the Tufts University President’s Marathon Challenge. I am committed to raising money for the team as well as raise awareness for the Nutrition School’s research in adolescent obesity. This is how I ran my first marathon (raised money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society) so I would love to do this again, especially for the wonderful opportunity to run Boston. :)

Thanks for stopping by and hope you stay tuned! :)

hey patricia! u are such the star athlete! I can’t wait to tell my husband about you as he was a track star in his days. Although, he never ran Boston. Good luck with that! And I love your blog! You have a great palette for food! What are you doing in Massachusetts? BTW, did you know that I moved to iowa? Enjoying the snow!
